Return & Refund Policy - MOVE Merch

At MOVE Merch, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase.  If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non refundable items:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or made-to-order products

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.  

If your item is defective or your received the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item?  We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.  If the items is unavailable, we'll issue a refund or store credit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for processing (depending on your bank or card provider)

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at moverhetoric@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
  • If a customer would like we can provide shipping for a cost of $30.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at moverhetoric@gmail.com with your order details.  Our team will provide next steps and return instructions. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 107 Cachanilla Ct., Palm Desert, CA.
